Awesome photos---my Grandfather had 2 teams of Clydesdale -8 horses---broke the land that was full of ASPENS @ Birnie, Manitoba. I witnessed the threshing operation and chewed tobacco with the MEN---Grandmother not impressed---stouting was hard work, as was baling later on.
Thanks for the photos of a passing era. Cheers, Birnie
Beautiful photos Jack! Definitely was a walk down memory lane for me.

Great essay Jack! Your ‘artist eye’ captured some beautiful images, I particularly like the horses and the people, and the video of the Case tractor in operation was wonderful.
We took Pete and Sonia there about 3 decades ago, and I thoroughly enjoyed Pete explaining to me how the “old” pieces of equipment worked.
I have put a reminder for next year to do a day trip there.
Thanks Jack. Well done. I enjoyed the music as well.
Great video and music
